Terrible customer services by attendant at the counter. When asking for her name to speak with a manager said I don’t have to give my name. When trying to call and talk with a manager get no answer or an option to leave a voicemail

I had issues with my checking account and had to schedule a meeting. Madeline was the one that assisted me, and she was SO helpful and kind. She readily answered my questions and didn’t make me feel like I was stupid. I appreciate it, and I am happy to stay with Chase as my bank. :)
