We went here to pick up some tax software and left empty handed. Yes, they had it, but when we went to check out, chaos ensued. There was only one person behind the counter and he was dealing with an irate customer. As I watched and listened, I realized that the employee was only making matters worse. He was not understanding or kind in any way. I had a feeling things were going to escalate pretty quickly so I put down my purchase and we left. We had stood there for probably a good ten minutes. I kept thinking someone would be called over to help us. They obviously need to do more customer training. I also noticed while I was in there, that the inventory is way down. We tried to give them some business. I'm not sure how much longer they can hang on with unprofessional staff and irate customers.

Went to purchase a computer, printer and tv. I had some items in mind off of the web site. We went in and met Logan. Very polite, knowledgeable of all products and patient with us and our needs. He set us up with the correct items and described all functions and even mentioned a cord we needed. Got the stuff home. Everything went smooth. If you are looking for a real professional to help get with Logan.

I went to buy a phone, they had it in stock but not on display. I asked them to open the phone box so I could see it, and was told they could not do that unless I bought it. I thought, no problem, if I don't like it I will just walk over to the service desk and return it, no worries right? NOPE! Was told there would be a 45$ restocking charge. So, I said let me get this straight.... If I buy the phone and don't like it and don't even leave the store you will charge me 45$ to walk it over to the service desk? I was told they could show me a picture of it... So gracious of them.TLDR... Went to BB to buy an in stock phone, no display available. I would have to buy the phone to look at it and if I didn't like it they would charge me for the service of looking at it.Best Buy.... Really, I see why you are losing you customer base. Do Better!

Its typical best buy. However, the experts in the computer dept are truly experts in computers. Good to know, when having questions about something you are wanting to buy.
