Large store with easy parking in a clean safe location. They had a large selection of what I was shopping. Prices higher than Amazon.
Did not need staff assistance however was approached three times offering to help.

I just had my iPhone serviced here after my camera quit on me. I was honestly expecting to be told I needed a new phone, but the diagnosis was super quick and they had the parts in stock to fix it! $29 (thanks AppleCare+) and about an hour later, my camera works perfectly fine again! Big thanks to Riley at the Geek Squad desk for taking care of me. If any more major issues arise, I’ll definitely be back!

We went here to pick up some tax software and left empty handed. Yes, they had it, but when we went to check out, chaos ensued. There was only one person behind the counter and he was dealing with an irate customer. As I watched and listened, I realized that the employee was only making matters worse. He was not understanding or kind in any way. I had a feeling things were going to escalate pretty quickly so I put down my purchase and we left. We had stood there for probably a good ten minutes. I kept thinking someone would be called over to help us. They obviously need to do more customer training. I also noticed while I was in there, that the inventory is way down. We tried to give them some business. I'm not sure how much longer they can hang on with unprofessional staff and irate customers.
