Everyone is very friendly and very helpful. Chris is my favorite. She is very welcoming and friendly and can give back any kidding that is thrown her way. She is a pleasure to joke with and always seems busy working.

This is such a fantastic place to work out! There's plenty of equipment and it's very well managed and clean. Even the other gym-goers are very nice, and everyone keeps to themselves. I never feel judged, even when I'm only pressing the bar lol.

After being gone for over a year , it was good to come back to many upgrades in the Golds Facilities!! I see a lot of new faces, and still a lot of the same old members , which speaks volumes about Golds !!

Everyone is so friendly and the new machines and renovation are awesome. I just wish everyone would clean the machines they have used before they move on to something else . I find myself spending more time cleaning before and then after my usage. I know this request is posted on the gym TV but I guess a lot of people don't read it. Is there any chance of writing a reminder on an easel, so everyone could see it?

Heavier weigh in the area in the upper lebel so that area can be better utilized. Both dumb A TV in the cycle room to allow a streaming option wjen a class isnt going on. More classes that start at 5 am, like a 5 am combat!

Chris is fantastic! He sees me pull up in the parking lot and has my shake ready when I walk in the door! Always courteous! Golds gym is a step above the rest! Very clean and professional equipment.

Always clean with pleasant staff BUT are they ever going to replace the light in the sauna?? It’s been out for months.
