Chris is great and sold me on adding the recovery room to my membership - an incredible deal when you see all of the individually expensive services you have unlimited access to! Chris has a fun sense of humor, is fast and attentive with customers.

Everyone is very friendly and very helpful. Chris is my favorite. She is very welcoming and friendly and can give back any kidding that is thrown her way. She is a pleasure to joke with and always seems busy working.

This is such a fantastic place to work out! There's plenty of equipment and it's very well managed and clean. Even the other gym-goers are very nice, and everyone keeps to themselves. I never feel judged, even when I'm only pressing the bar lol.
