While the local office in East St. Louis, Illinois office off state street is terrible. You guys really need to fix it or get somebody over here to work because if the building stays that it opens up at 8:30 it should not take me to 925 to get in the damn building, this is unacceptable. This is all the time it’s not once it’s not the second time it’s not the third time this is all every time I come to this office. RIDICULOUS

Service is NOT GOOD. Different carriers daily never bring all the mail and always in the wrong mailbox.

Service is terrible. Postal delivery is slow. Too long lunch break, need more help.

I live in west Belleville and typically just go here instead of Dutch Hollow because it’s much quicker and the ladies there are very nice and helpful
