Just because an item is said to be in stock online does not mean it will be found in store. Even if the website says in store pickup is available. But the customer service was good and I know the associate did everything they could to help me locate the tool I needed. Unfortunately we never found it.

Gets the job done but usually very low on staff, inventory isn’t the best and may have to wait depending on when you go.

Representative was very rude I was told a part was there to pick up the next day just for me to Uber there and the representative was being rude and apparently they didn't have that part at all.

I stopped by to get my check engine light serviced and some new car air fresheners. Morgan I believe is the woman who helped me, I may be wrong(sorry if I am). She was so professional, kind, helpful, and knowledgeable! The atmosphere of the store was great! Highly recommended coming here for auto parts and needs!

Very rude Morning staff. Seems to always be one register open with multiple workers. Then the main person answering the phone and working register has a bad attitude problem. Continuously getting upset with the customer because your asked to do the job you signed up for is SAD. If you don't know the procedure the proper thing to do is learn not tell the customer I don't know you or haven't heard of your shop. You knowing about my shop is not important to you "the employee" its just important to your employer who we hold our corporate account with. Clown location. AVOID
