“Table space needed.I like the changes the new owners have made. Bringing in vending machines is a money maker and appreciated but not to the loss of table space.My suggestion is too balance the amount of table space vs vending.I appreciate you and what you have done with the place. “The laundry mat is a little old and the machines are outdated but they work. You pay to wash and the dry is free, and the man who runs it named Omar is an absolute gem. If you're in Granite City, I'd definitely recommend.”
“Sure, Wishy Washy needs some love but it certainly deserves more stars than it has on here. Its Laundromat. Pretty much what you would expect. A plus is games for kids, an actual attendant, and it's next to Walgreens if you need to get in some shopping between washes.”

“i started using this place in november of last year. it's very clean and bright. however, one of the only reasons i chose it was because they used the payrange app. it's an app that allows you to use your phone to pay, see how long you have left in your washing/drying cycles, and has a feature where you can earn tokens which you can use to pay for washes as well. they unfortunately no longer have this so i will be looking for a new laundromat. the app is way too convenient to not use.*** updating my review to add a star. i tried the new loyalty card system they have. it is convenient and easy to use, but i do still prefer the app because you can watch your wash/dry time on your phone, don’t need to remember to bring a card with you and and you can earn money from watching videos.”

“Only gave 5 stars because of Andrew. He's such a hard dedicated worker. Takes pride in his work. You don't get that no more. Was glad his relief worker was late. Go early just to be there when he's working. Sucks for him though and not fair when his relief doesn't come in. He keeps it sparkling clean. Bathrooms would smell like piss without him. He's the black guy with a blue truck that's awesome.”

“Its never fun going to the laundrymat but if you have to do it, might as well do it at Wash U. The place is clean,usually pretty empty when you go in the evening and they have plenty of washers and dryers that you can do all of your loads at the same time. Theres even a bar and grill next door so you can grab some food while you wait.”
“You can trust Orpheum! Michelle works tirelessly to make everything perfect! We have used her for alterations for our dance costumes for years, and every experience has been awesome. Snaps, sequins, elastic, taking-in, shortening waists, and more! One year, I called ON Christmas Eve about a possible hem on a pantsuit I bought to wear that evening, and she made it happen! Her work is really good :) Thanks for all you do! We appreciate you—she keeps making us look good! We’ll see you soon!”

I was very satisfied with the service, and I'm definitely planning to use their service again.
