lot is really small. some of the pumps don't work and have been blocked off for 6 or more months

It's a gas station. It's almost identical to every other gas station you've come across. It has a bathroom. We used it. And it worked. I'm about as nice as most gas stations bathrooms are. And this place also sells gas.
