I WAS IN AND OUT. VERY FAST AND PROFESSIONAL. FOUR HOURS TOPS!!!! I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK ONLY BECAUSE IM TENDER HEADED LOL, BUT FOR EVERYONE WHO ISN'T I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANY OTHER BRAIDING PLACE.

Let me start by saying my hair has turned out great the 2 times I've visited this shop. But as far professionalism, they really lack it! They will complain if you are sitting wrong, your neck is not back far enough, or you sneeze too hard, but they will sit on the phone the entire time off and on talking very loud in your ear. They will stop doing your hair just to talk on the phone. Recently had an appointment and was on time, well Amy was NOT! I had to sit outside until she arrived, then she asked me if i brought the hair with me... this is nothing we discussed previously and the last time i visited Idid not bring MY OWN HAIR! She asked me for a portion of the money to go purchase hair so that she could do my hair. Now my appointment is starting 30 Mins after scheduled. They have the nerve to request payment before your hair is done because they know they are unprofessional as hell. PLEASE DO BETTER!!
