Thanks to Arianna and Mona for helping me get my teenagers account open ! This was easy and painless they were very information and to think this was on halloween day! The Monday nov 4th i called to get help with his online banking and Arianna picked up and walked me through every step at ease ! If you need a bank woodforest is the place to go and the one in east peoria has wonderful customer service !

Omg was doing some traveling… Stopped at my nearest Woodforest to pull some cash out and had the pleasure of meeting Jordan the branch manager ! Personality was amazing and very helpful also his team they’re very sweet and helpful as well! Stop in and get account with these guys!

Jus moved to town and was in the looks for a new bank . Arianna made it quick and simple to set up my bank account with a saving . Setting new saving goals as well . Also plus side they cash check if need ! Alll around a good bank thanks again to Arianna for all your attention and help ! Make sure to ask for her !

I had an outstanding experience opening my bank account @ Woodforest National bank all with the help of the gorgeous young lady who goes by her name Ariana. She was extremely polite, confident, and very outgoing. She made me feel @ home while she was working on opening my account ! I one thousand percent recommend this bank, to anyone who hasn’t opened an account here at Woodforest. Look for Ariana !!!!!!!!!

East Peoria Wait Was extremely Long The Lady Stopped Working On One Client And Went to work with another client because her coworker apparently doesnt have proper training NEVER AGAIN WILL I VISIT THIS LOCATION SHE SENT THE LADIES $1350 to a random account DONT See The blonde hair lady i been here fa 45mins ?
