It was a pleasant experience. No waiting in the customer service line. Found everything that wanted to buy. There was only one person ahead of me in the checkout lane. For a change there were more than one lane ooe. The cashier Mindy, was so friendly, helpful and experienced.

I have been a regular/weekly customer of Walmart for decades! I have been repeatedly disappointment but have continued to return due to the convenience on “1-stop shop”. My experience at East Peoria (Illinois) Walmart has finally hit my threshold. I was expected to know more than employees about the processes. The individual that confronted me was rude and condescending from the jump. I went to alternate stores (Best Buy and Lowe’s) and the people were polite and helpful! Well worth the extra stop which will become my new way of completing errands! Some things are more important than 1 stop!

I have no qualms about shopping here. The pickup option is very effective, and yes - I do like the deli chicken options available. I do wish they had more electric carts & kept track of their charges; the last two visits saw me having to walk (and painfully so) after the carts powered-down in the store.

My pickup order was ready 15 minutes early. All delivered items were correct. The order was brought to my vehicle and loaded by a polite associate.

This is specifically for the electronics dept- i dropped off a disposable camera on the 12th and was told the photos would take a week and they would call me when they came in. I called two weeks later (25th) and sat on hold for 15 minutes just for them to tell me that I had to come into the store because they wouldn't answer the phone in electronics. I went in and the man behind the counter told me (with an attitude) than I would receive a call when it came in and that he wasn't the one printing them so he can't help me. I understand that he isn't in charge of the printing but he was extremely rude, poor customer service. It has now been 4 weeks since they were dropped off so I decided to call again. Sat on hold for 10 minutes just for him to tell me that they had been there since the 18th... annoyed, frustrated and a little perturbed since I moved out of state and have to wait 2 more weeks to get them when I could have had them before we moved... poor communication, poor training, poor everything. The man today was much more helpful over the phone.

They escorted me out just for parking in their parking lot even though it was public and the Walmart was open.
I think they were assuming negative things about me or they probably assumed that I was violent when I didn’t even do anything at all!
Worst service ever and I’m beyond disgusted with how I got treated!!
