Went to pick up my sister's meds, they told her an hour. I got there 10 min later and went to check and the pharmacist Jason got it ready for me right then. His tech was great that day as well! I can't remember her name but i went on 5/29/22. Ive always had fantastic service at this pharmacy.

I regularly use this pharmacy for my prescriptions and the pharmacist Dr. Nash and I have never had problems. I took my script in today and the technician couldn’t read it (like many Doctor’s handwriting), so she asked me what it was. I told her what it was, and she proceeded to hand it to another Pharmacist, who couldn’t read it either. I kept telling them the brand name, generic name, dosage, and the amount to take. They wouldn’t listen to me, when what I was saying was clearly matching the prescription. I have never had this problem before and the medication isn’t a controlled substance. The Pharmacist even asked what my diagnosis was! Absolutely unprofessional. Our pharmacists and healthcare professionals need to put more trust into their patients word.EDIT: I just picked up my prescription and it is not what my Doctor prescribed. They say it is a different manufacturer, however with a background in pharmacology I highly doubt that most of the name of the medication was “cut off the label because it was too long” as the Pharmacist Lee said. I’ve never had my label been cut off or had this much hassle with my medication.

Arrived @ 11:30 Closed for lunch, supposed to be closed 1:30pm.Waited till open,then found order wasn't ready! Received text message order ready day before! Waited 20 minutes for order. Service sucks?

Just go somewhere else. Between the bad attitudes of the employees and the back orders on a constant, you'll waste more time there then just going over to CVS or Walgreens. The quality of the entire supercenter has gone down drastically over the last few years. I live 1 minute away from the East Peoria supercenter and I GLADLY drive over to Washington's Walmart or Morton's Walmart just to avoid the stress.

I ordered chairs online for pick up the morning on July 4th. I knew it would be busy and I didn't want to miss out on getting chairs as we were coming from out of state to watch fireworks downtown with my family. I waited for 15 minuets after "checking in" before I went to customer service to ask for help. I then waited 10 more minuets before some one came to help. We then followed the gal over to the dairy section because she said they were in the storage area on that side of the store. After waiting another 15 minuets or so a boy came out with the chairs. 40+ minuets for a simple purchase. I will never do that again and would not recommend this service at ANY Wal-Mart. Amazon never fails me and should have stuck with the norm.

I had a bad experience on my first visit and transferred my prescriptions to a different store.
