Called the automated system line to refill a medication. The automated system told me there were no refills and they would have to contact the doctors office. This was a Thursday and the automated system said the medicine wouldn't be ready until Monday. Well, we didn't have enough to last through til Monday, but it was after hours for the doctors office, so I had to call them on Friday. The doctor's office said they received the refill request but they didn't respond because they had already sent in a new script half a month ago. So I called the pharmacy again but this time I waded through the Automated system to speak to a live person. The girl was mumbling her words and after I had to ask her to repeat herself the third time she became very rude, speaking slowly but still mumbling so I could barely understand her. I explained the situation and how they already had a script on file that I needed them to fill. She exasperatedly told me it would be ready in mumbly minutes... I asked her to repeat herself again, and she practically screamed "90 minutes!" Into the phone. I will be transferring this script and all future scripts to cvs.

We have ordered prescriptions multiple times and they keep "forgetting" to order our medicine. Worst customers service and disrespectful.

I will disagree with other posts that staff is rude. They are usually quite nice. My issues are how long it takes. Several hours to fill a prescription. Gone seem to be the days of leaving the doctor and driving straight there and getting your script. The recording calls and says its done but you drive there and its not, and are told you cant rely on the recordings. Well, then stop using them. Handing out syringes that dont even reach into the bottom of prescription bottles, even if you tip the bottle. Asking a pharmacist to refill two scripts and one has an issue so they overlook filling the other, etc.
Oh, and now they put your debit card in an envelope that they staple to your prescription. Only they dont tell you and you throw it away.

The store is open 24 hours the pharmacy is not. Endless problems with the pharmacy between using incorrect insurance filling incorrect prescriptions and a lot of stock things are commonly need being a type 1 diabetic. Services often short and not very courteous

They have greatly reduced pharmacy staff. No longer 24 hours, and no coverage for meal breaks. I'd recommend switching if this is your pharmacy. I am currently blocked in the drive through, going on 20 minutes with only moving up once.

It's absolutely terrible. They used to be good. Remodeled and cut their hours, and I believe, cut their staff. Try to call and get a recording, which only wants to ask you irrelevant questions. Then send you directly to a survey. You never get a real person. Tried 3 times. Drive up waited 5 minutes. Never saw anyone serviced at the drive up. Finally, I went in to get the partial prescription they owe me.
Never again.

I called to ask if they would let me pick up my western union, they said yes come on down, and then they lied and said the system is down

Worst pharmacy there is on earth. They dont care if ur dr or insurance approves your narcotics they will hold your medicine for no reason. Then hang up on you when u call them after u go through the call center morons that never get it right

If I could give them zero stars I would. It is the most incompetent pharmacy I've used and the people in pharmacy are all rude. I have asthma, I will get an alert it's time to refill my inhalers and every single time I will get a message my prescriptions are delayed for one reason or another and when I do get a text my scripts are ready for pick-up 9 out of 10 times when I go to pharmacy they have no idea why because still not ready. I'm moving all my scripts to another pharmacy and strongly suggest not to trust this place with your health and well being.

This place use to be so convenient when the pharmacy was open 24 hours a day. They hired a bunch of blue hair people and none of them want to work so now the pharmacy is never open.

Pharmacy Closes at 10, can't shop here anymore. Will switch pharmacy. Your service and quality does not matter if you cant shop there in time. Really disappointed. The back of their lot by the drive thru is full of trash. You would think they could send an employee to clean it up. Clearly they like being 0 effort. Somewhere that sells medical supplies and medication should have a basic standard of cleanliness.
