I'm not sure what I ever did to elicit a sarcastic vague mailman but the fact that he/she leaves mail for probably 3 different people that ARE NOT me in my mailbox and wants to leave a not for me saying that I don't get my mail anymore since I can't take all of it is crazy. I work 8-6 and left A bill, that is 1 envelope, in my mailbox and found this petty note. It's childish and unprofessional. I am not the only person to receive these notes in the apartment building either

So I sent a package out on Monday and the system says the label hasn't been created yet. Funny I paid for the shipping and I have the tracking number. So which of the postal workers stole it. Mail theft is a federal crime by the way.

Every month for the past year I have had to call and complain about not getting my mail. Today I made my monthly phone call because I haven't gotten mail all week and have over 8 pieces of mail that should be delivered, supervisor told me the carrier had it and I would receive today and again no mail delivery. This has to be the most incompetently run post office. I have never in my life had this problem before. And I live right next door but they can't seem to deliver.

Zero Stars would be more accurate apparently all the mail carriers missed numbers day in kindergarten, my residence is marked in 3 places & they still deliver mail to me that belongs blocks away not even the same street name, they deliver my mail & packages to the neighbors. This is a ongoing issue I’ve lived here 16 years & this has been going on for 2 years. I have cameras so I know every time my neighbors bring it over. Incompetence at its worst. The Postal employee Diane is just clueless, and said she was the Postmaster.

Staff is slow, lines are long and they refuse to cash their own money orders. They also lost a parcel insured for 550 bucks that they’ve yet to pay out on. Looks like UPS and FedEx are the only option now. It is sad because the USPS used to be great. Sick of getting bent over by apathetic zombies.

All I needed was an envelope with stamp. The counter help moved the line through very quickly whether or not they had one transaction or many. Answered everyone's questions that were ahead of me, well trained professional employees here. Very happy with them all.

Every time I visit this location there is almost always a male employee at the front on his phone. As a former employee of a Chicago USPS facility I know the employees are NOT allowed to be on their phones while working in a government facility.
