Idiots usually bring the package all the way to town then give it to usps to actually deliver which takes an extra day. Why not just deliver it yourselves isn’t that what we pay for?

I’m a 19 year old who lives with my girlfriend and I Can’t even get the ps5 I already paid for because I’m not 21 or older and have no one that is 21 or older. My name is on the order and I’m the one who paid for it so why should I have to get someone else 21 or older to sign for my own stuff smh.

If I could give this facility 0 stars I would. Poor customer service, they deleted the tracking history for my package. Then claimed USPS were the ones who lost it, when the tracking number provided was only a UPS tracking number. The woman (dayna) then directs me to call the post office. I do so, and then lo and behold the whole tracking history was erased, and the number provided was still a UPS number. Very dissatisfied.

VERY PLEASED!!! After poor service from the online UPS lost package claim process I stopped at the Customer Care Center on Camp St. in a Hail Mary effort to recover my wife's birthday gift. An EXTREMELY helpful gentleman working the afternoon/evening shift at the desk showed me to the lost/damaged area and helped me identify the package (shipper's label bar code had become damaged and was lost in the UPS tracking system). He took extra care and time to help me find the package...EXCELLENT customer service. I cannot say the same for the 1-800 number service, but the local employees are great.

Worst delivery company ever you can never get a hold of a person it’s impossible. So you have to sit home all day waiting for a package and a lot of the times. It doesn’t arrive when it supposed to. So now you have to waste another day waiting for the package. Go with FedEx.

The guy behind the counter was very rude. I didn't know about boxing and he treated me like an inconvenience. The way others were talking to him, it seemed like he was a manager.

Lazy drivers!!! Worthless to say the least. Same truck. Same problems. The app wouldn’t allow me to leave my signature, so I stayed home from work to get a package… An important one obviously. For the third time (3 separate occasions) The driver marks that they missed me even though I watched them on my doorbell camera drive by my house and not even attempt to stop… pure laziness. And now tomorrow, when I’m not able to be here to sign for it, they won’t deliver it either. Do yourself a favor and ship through another company because this one has incompetent employees

These people are the worst they mis delivered my packaged 20 days before the holidays and 20 days before my son turns 4 he was born on Christmas and they won’t lift a finger to fix it. I never wished bad on anyone but I hope they have the WORST year next year all 2024! MERRY CHRISTMAS!
