Most genuinly friendly and knowledgeable service Ive ever encountered. As someone who used to audit businesses on their customer service for work, I was absolutely impressed. Special shout out to Ariel for taking the time to basically teach me eyebrows 101 😂. This team is amazing!

My stylist was Lacora, and she was AMAZING! this girl!!!!! My highlights were messed up (no hate it happens) and Lacora offered to stay late to help fix them. First try didn’t take so she had to go back and fix it up again, but she didn’t stop until i looked perfect! Even though it look longer than expected, she even offered to curl it! Her work ethic is absolutely amazing and her love for the craft was felt. she is so incredible to help me look good for my upcoming vacation, i appreciate her so much. I will be recommending her if any of my friends need their hair done ❤️❤️

Chris, Ashlynn, Brooke were most helpful. I was shopping for my wife! She loves their products! I was trying to make a wishlist come true for her birthday and anniversary our 10th! I’ll order it online and pickup at another location. No worries. The store was very welcoming, clean and organized! I think I will buy gift cards for my four daughters l!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Staff member went above and beyond to look for Billie Ilish perfume. She looked at the display and nothing there. She didn't say oh we are sold out. She went and looked in the back and found what I needed! Most places nowadays just say we are out and won't even bother looking. Very helpful and friendly. Thank you all.

I didn't get a service done but it was my first time buying makeup (32) and savannah I think her name was walked me through a bunch and was super nice about my transition and just like 🙂 I've frustratingly walked out of makeup aisles because I'm overwhelmed by not knowing what anything is.
Anyway my experience with her yesterday made it so I will definitely be back for more.

Excellent, in fact, top notch customer service.
The staff helped me find about 7 items recently, when I was shopping for DoorDash. They were not only kind & professional, they were very knowledgeable about where all the items were, which helped me immensely, cutting my delivery time into a fraction of what was anticipated. Our customer would have waited quite a while without their customer assistance, otherwise.
I didn't get the feeling any of them saw me as an inconvenience, & the handful that assisted me (particularly Janette, *I believe? I'm terrible with names..*) all seemed happy to help out, down to the last item.
Since I'd never been in before, the place was a bit overwhelming at first, but their attitude & knowledge of the product locations made a huge difference.
You have to give credit where it was due, & I feel they all absolutely deserve my two cents. Great job, keep up the good work & thanks again, ladies.

Get my brows done at benefits with the consultant Elizabeth. She is a great person her services always at 100%. She has good information about us extending care of the browse of it in the skin. My only problem with alter is that the seat that we sit in to get our Services done very uncomfortable could you guys please get better chairs?

Needed my roots done asap and found that Ulta had a salon which I previously didn’t know. There was last minute availability and I had my hair done by Haley. I highly recommend her and her services! She was so sweet and knowledgeable. Loved the outcome and I will 100% be back!
