We came in with 3 cars in mind and test drove all of them. We were left to talk without pressure of a salesman trying to push us a way we didn’t want. The staff were wonderful and I will 100% be back when I’m ready to trade in and find my next vehicle! In the meantime I’ll be enjoying my Ford Escape and all she has to offer!

Roman in finance lied to my wife. He tried to put spouses against each other, crooked as they come. Salesman PJ was great. We won't be back.

Everything was great. I went in talked to John on a Wednesday, came back that Saturday order a new transit in the middle of May and I picked it up in the middle of July.

PJ was great, PJ is always great.
Then I got to Roman, in finance.
Hence, the 1 star.
My husband had signed earlier in the day due to our schedules.
Uftring sent the shuttle for me to get me from work to the dealership. This left me alone with finance, with no car. I was NOT interested in any warranty or service plan, but there it was, 3K+. A sitting duck I was indeed.
My husband had instructed Roman to remove this if I did not like it. I didnt like it-Roman acted like I was asking him to move the Eiffel tower. He just couldn't bring himself to simply remove it.
Shocked and dismayed this slimeball sat, not getting up to simply reprint the papers. He found it his duty to pit Husband against Wife.
Roman had told my husband that he would just send the docs to me electronically to sign, this didn't happen. This was to get me alone in his office that is offset from everything so he can get away with whatever he chooses in his hidden office.
Roman turned what could have been a pleasant car buying experience into my not darkening their door again. My stomach will churn everytime I drive by this place. I get sales tactics but this was something else entirely.
We've bought in Florida and Texas in the past, 5 cars now. The most pleasant experience was in Texas where we were treated like royalty. Never have I ever had such a negative experience in finance. Car buying shouldn't be like this. Car buying isn't known to be a pleasant experience generally. The whole process needs revamped.
