Dave K was our salesperson. He was prompt when we showed up for our scheduled test drive. There was no pressure to buy now. When we called to set up an appointment to buy he was again prompt and helpful.

Brought in a used 2012 Subaru Outback I had just purchased from up around Chicago a couple of days before, turns out it needed a Torch Converter, the remote start button wasn't working, and the side panel of the seat had been zip tied together and it had snapped. The staff at Uftring worked with the dealer I purchased it from and the warranty company for a month and jumped through many hoops to get the Torch converter covered. Got me a new remote start fob, only charged for the part not the programming. And only charged for the part to fix the seat. They called the dealer I purchased from many times to try and get them to cover the parts. These guys were so nice and easy to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure this car got fixed in time for my kid to take it to college!!!!!!

They're not great but they do have a few good people. The body shop manager is reasonable and easy to deal with, Jeremy in service is decent.

I absolutely enjoyed purchasing my vehicle here. The customer service was wonderful and the entire buying experience. The amount of security I was given in my purchase made it easier for me to fall in love with my vehicle and the place. Everything was perfect. The way they take care of you here truly makes you feel like family. We just bought a new Crosstrek at Subaru and had the pleasure of working with Coram "Red" Davis. He was super friendly, courteous, and professional. There was zero pressure and he went out of his way to make the test driving experience easy. He made the actual buying experience fun! I have my Subaru regularly serviced with Uftring and recently purchased all new tires with them. The service has been great! No issues so far and they make sure to go above and beyond as you would like to see from a dealership. Very refreshing in today’s world.

I knew what car I wanted when I first contacted them, so they didn't have to work hard at selling me the car. The sales person was pleasant and easy to work with.
However, they could have known their product better. For instance, I asked if the car had a hands free lift gate. When they failed to activate it, they said no it does not. It turns out it actually does have this feature but there's a dashboard switch to activate it which was set in the off position. I figured this out after the purchase.
The finance person did a pretty hard sell for the extended warranty even after I said I was not interested.
