Bad communication skills. Told me he could fix my problem in a 1 day. However he didn't start it till 1pm so was unable to complete it. I'm sure it's not a huge deal as I wasn't a customer yesterday and will continue not to be a customer tomorrow! Thanks for waisting my money and time!!!

Was told nothing but great things about the shop as well as recommend from dealership.Unfortunately they had my truck for 3 weeks and didn’t start working on it till the day before I picked it up even though I had scheduled 2 weeks ahead.I had a cv axle replaced and I got my truck back with damage and paperwork missing out the truck and was told it must of been the tow truck driver and nothing they could do about it.My steering was off,rim was destroyed,brake rotor warped because how they took the rim off and damaged brake caliper.4x4 light,abs light and eps light came on day after I got my truck.
This was for a warranty so they might just of not cared as much as a normal customer but will not go back.
