I had just a minor repair job for my blinds, but my appointment and issue was still treated with the utmost professionalism and respect. Nathan not only addressed the issue, but also gave me tips to prolong the blinds' life as well as a realistic expectation of when it might be time to replace them, all without any pressure or sales pitch. I'll absolutely make them my first call for any future needs!
