“I use the Pekin UPS store for Amazon returns and it is extremely quick and easy. I am usually able to get in and out in less than a minute, including being given a receipt for easy tracking. Even when it's busy, the clerk is able to politely and patiently keep the line moving at a rapid rate. I have never experienced anything but A+ service! I wish every store was this efficient! What a great business!”

“VERY PLEASED!!! After poor service from the online UPS lost package claim process I stopped at the Customer Care Center on Camp St. in a Hail Mary effort to recover my wife's birthday gift. An EXTREMELY helpful gentleman working the afternoon/evening shift at the desk showed me to the lost/damaged area and helped me identify the package (shipper's label bar code had become damaged and was lost in the UPS tracking system). He took extra care and time to help me find the package...EXCELLENT customer service. I cannot say the same for the 1-800 number service, but the local employees are great.”
