Terrible customer service. Would not refund for a $700.00 pump- let them know that it was machined wrong, and we could send pump to them for investigation, and they asked for photos then said it was due to the pump being installed with debris on it. This did not happen, and they said we are just out the pump- mind you we installed another pump, and everything works exactly as designed. This company does not back up their products. Would not order from them or blessed performance.

I took my 7.3 excursion into the shop a few years ago to have some turbo up pipe and other minor work completed. They assigned very junior techs to the job and I found missing and loose hardware through the repair areas. Perhaps it was a lunch break but I wouldn't want to go back for mechanical work unless you get the better techs.

RCD is one of the best diesel mechanic ls around, it's is ran by an outstanding crew of people that take pride in their work. I take all of my company diesels to this shop for any tune ups i need. Every vehicle has come out of there better than ever! I HIGHLY recommend using them for any and everything for you Diesel needs. Tim at RCD was awesome to deal with. I needed a new turbo and he walked me through all my options and helped me make the right choice for what I wanted. He also sent me some stickers and a tshirt for no reason. He was also kind enough to offer to talk to the shop guys if I had any questions for the turbo replacement on my truck (doing it myself). I will not spend money on any parts without talking to them first. Top notch, class act company. They will always get my business. Keep up the awesome job RCD.

I’ve been doing business with RCD for well over a decade and I can’t say enough about their follow through, attention to detail, and the quality of both parts and customer service they’ve always delivered. The best! Cracked a piston in my '97 7.3 on a 2400 mile trip, truck was down with my trailer out of state. Josh reached out to me and asked if there was anything he could help with and set me up with a new short block and head kit. Very knowledgeable and wouldn't hesitate to get anything Powerstroke related from him. I'd give 10 stars if I could?

I ORDERED A FUEL PUMP FROM THIS COMPANY ON SEPT 2ND 2023 TO BE SHIPPED FED-EX AND WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED IT WAS TO BE SIGNED FOR FED-EX SAID IT WAS DELIVERED BUT IT WAS NOT SIGNED FOR IT WAS NEVER SIGNED FOR IT WAS NOT DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS WHEN I CONTACTED THEM THEY HAVE BEEN VERY UNHELPFUL SAID THEY SPOKE TO THERE FED-EX REP I DISPUTED THE CHARGE WITH MY BANK BUT I USED MY DEBIT CARD AND IT CAN TAKE UP TO 60 DAYS IN THE MEANTIME I AM OUT $1079.00 THIS PLACE COME HIGHLY RECOMMEND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO DO BUSINESS UNLESS YOU ARE LOCAL AND ABLE TO HAVE YOUR PART HANDED TO YOU IF IT IS SHIPPED AND YOU DON'T GET IT YOU ARE JUST AT THE BANKS MERCY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK WHILE THEY I AM SURE ALREADY HAVE FED-EX REFUNDING THEM
