DO NOT RENT A UNIT FROM THIS PLACE! I rented a couple units from them back in August and I fell behind on payment, they are real quick to try and auction off your units! They will NOT work with you if you fall behind, you will have to pay the full amount, they rate you in late fees and they lock you out of your units by suspending your gate code and locking your units on you! I had to pay them what they wanted in full to stop them from auctioning my units.This IS NOT the WORST part about this place! They will RAISE your UNIT RENT when they feel like it! I am pulling my stuff from my units asap because they just notified me that they are raising my units $91 per unit more per month! You know what that puts me at for 2 storage units now! Almost $500 a month!GO SOME PLACE ELSE!!

I purchase storage auctions through a third party website. My experience with red dot storage was phenomenal. The initial customer support agents I dealt with were kind and professional.The auction department were transparent about sales and professional. Joel deserves a raise. Jerry/Gerry was great to work with as well.Please red dot, add the auction department to your automated tone system! Sometimes the CSA were wrong about when the auction department were available and it takes about 10 minutes to finally patch into the auction department. Having a direct line will speed up transactions and time sensitive questions.Thanks again Joel for being so awesome and kind. I look forward to working with red dot and Joel in the future!

I have my trucks here, I'd thought they would be safe. I was wrong I had my catalytic converter stolen off of one of them about a month or 2 ago, thought bit was a one time thing, I was driving it awhile and noticed every time I came back the gate has been open and wasn't closing. I parked my tuck again and within a week the other one is gone now. I've been trying to contact red dot but every time I try the automated caller just goes silent and doesn't respond whatsoever, this location is the worst and I will stop my business with this company.

Location for me was excellent. Unit clean and easy to access. Only negative thought is that very difficult to find #s on units. Signs with arrows upon entering and on each side of door frame would be extremely helpful!!

I was looking for a storage unit that was near my new home and red dot storage was right there on Pinecrest and very convenient. I was able to set up my account online and it was pretty easy and self-explanatory. I also got 50% off my first month so that was nice. They give you a code that you punch in when you get there to gain entry at the Gated storage unit. Upon exiting you just pull up close to the gate and it automatically opens. A couple times we pulled up to the storage unit the gate was stuck open so that was a little strange I'm not sure how often that happens but we've never seen any damage or evidence of any tampering. My only complaint is that the storage unit that we have has a handicap sticker on it and often our door actually gets stuck and we really have to mess with it to get it to open all of the way it's quite inconvenient because when it gets stuck it's only opened about four feet and it's very difficult to get open. But then a couple of times it's opened right up so those were nice situations of course. We only need the storage for one more month so I think we'll just deal with that in the meantime. But yeah besides that it's a nice storage unit you get a lot of space for the price and it's nice that it's off in its own little area.
