“First of all being a former employee of OfficeMax I know the struggle first hand of always being there for one's customers and trying to make sure they leave the store with a smile. It can be very difficult, however, if ever I have worked with a crew that rallies and strongly strives to just do that every. darn. day it is the crew at OfficeMax in E. Peoria. I've witness it first hand, been a part of the team with only one goal in mind, to get a good survey and make people want to come back. The management team deal with more than just pleasing the customers and meeting thier business needs. They also deal with the general daily operations of the store. Staffing it so that ones customer's needs are met quickly, efficiently and with a caring genuine smile is a daily goal and while no one is perfect, I've witness the genuine care and concern in meeting the needs of those who walk through that door every day I worked. Tracy, Becky, Chelsie, Britney and Ivan are some of the BEST managers I have had the pleasure of working for. Under the guise of Troy the GM this team of managers for lack of a better word ROCK IT!!! The support staff as a result are able to do thier jobs more effectively and are led and inspired by their superiors to always meet officemax's customer's needs. While I have moved on in my career and trying something totally different than working retail all my life I assure you that the team at E. Peoria OfficeMax will always strive to make you happy and always want to make you want to return. 5 STARS for sure and a total 10 for that store survey.”
