Professional, competent, timely, courteous & considerate. In fact, the entire process, from the estimate, by Rick Clayton, another consummate & considerate professional, to Kristina Simpson, the relocation coordinator, a stellar experience across the board. As a 25-year military veteran, I’ve seen it all when it comes to movers…let me tell you, this team excelled.Thank you!!!”

“April 20, 2018 So here I am, and it's six months since I've left this mob. A good cooling off period before I post a review of the company I was formerly contracted to. The employees here are a good mob, mostly. The corporate culture rubs off pretty hard on their employees, and it shows. There are mostly three kinds of people that survive here, n.l. the dude with a plan, the inventor of laziness and the company a*** The former being outnumbered by the latter. Then there's management. And in management, there are no line or separation between reality, fable, little white lies and outright deceit. It's one bag for it all, and they dole it out as needed, wherever it's needed, to achieve whatever they are after. No contractor can run a profitable business and cover all his expenses here, without making an enormous sacrifice elsewhere in his or her life. As employee or contractor, you are not selling your time here, you are sacrificing a part of your existence here. They do have a crafty way of framing it, of boxing it up and selling it to you, and it is some variation of the following: “ Freight and household moving is not for everyone, but if you are committed to us, you will make a lot of money to compensate for what you give up” How, would you ask. By separating and combining tasks, responsibilities and risks, and compensating you for some, and refusing to compensate you for others. In the end you end up doing more for less, and not getting paid for it. That's how they do it. I have done the math hundred times over, it just can't work. Steering wheel holders looking for minimum wage, here your opportunity. Anyone else, keep looking. So, if you are a contractor looking to sign on at any of the branches of Federal Companies, good luck! You are going to need it.”

“Rick and Kristina were top-notch with communicating the processes and changes in any items that I decided not to take. I would especially like to thank Kristina for working hard to schedule the moving dates to work for my situation. The movers were on-time, courteous, and professional. I only lost one minor item and had a single damaged item. I call that almost a miracle considering the heat the movers had to work through. They also took exceptional care in moving our piano as well. Thank you again, Kristina!!!”
