Doesn't have bare minimum collection. One of the sales men had foul attitude and gave a bad look.

I made an order payed for it and have heard nothing since I sent I have tried live chat and got no response on when package might be shipped, tried the Email same situation, tried sending a message through the contact us page still no response. I called the phone number given and the recording says the number is no longer in service. Save yourself the head ache and DONT do business with this “company”

Went in today to get my FOID card renewed. Very friendy...Bruce was so amazing. He spent a lot of time with me and had to make a phone call as I had renewed my dl and hadn't received the hard copy yet. He got the info needed to get the job done. I was so appreciative for his time. Not to mention......the free coffee and donuts from Carl's bakery practically next door. Thanks again Bruce! YOU ROCK!

When I went here the first time the older man was very nice helped me get my foid card.no issues at all very nice people.Went today different people where there...walked in trying to buy something..and they said to wait till they are done eating so I was looking around waiting then another guy walks in and they told him what can I help you with when I was there waiting way before he came in.Idk why maybe because I wasn't white and the other guy was. but I just left not coming back here.

I came in for a FFL transfer for an online gun purchase I made. I wasn't exactly sure how to go about it, having never purchased online before. These guys made it easy as pie. And friendly to boot!

Since the new owner took over it is not as friendly of an atmosphere. I have gone in there a few times and no one even acknowledges you. The owner was sitting at his desk while the 2 were behind the counter helping people. I would think he could at least acknowledge your presence. Won't buy guns or ammo there anymore. When John and Jan owned it, that was the only place I would buy from. Not sure if it's a female thing or if it's like that for everyone that walks through the door.

Was in the store for 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged I was there. Was ready to make a purchase but oh well I guess their business is so good they dont need to wait on customers. I wont be back
