Taking my business elsewhere. Tried purchasing an electric dryer. Took 9 phone calls to get anyone from that department. The guy was rude and couldn’t answer questions regarding delivery. When spending $800+ it would be nice to know an exact delivery date. I don’t want excuses about needing to be in the computer system first. It would be great if Lowes stocked appliances in store.

Bought a lupine because it was beautiful and I had never seen one. Found the same thing down the road for 1/3 the price after shopping around. Good stuff but severely over priced.

Kids Workshop is awesome! Special shout out to Daniel who was running it when we went today, 06-15-24. He was great with all the kids there! A thank you to him as well for helping with my kids as I was there with two on my own, he offered to help with one so they didn’t have to wait to take turns! As well as helped fix the projects when we had messed them up. Hope a manager will see this for some recognition and to pass along the thanks!

I liked Lowe’s, it was my favorite home improvement store till…I had windows and a door installed. The work was done, and shortly after my mom passed away. Most all my projects took a hold as I was dealing with depression. Upon dealing with my depression, I continued my projects at home. I discovered that when the door isn’t dead bolted, the wind blows the door open. I called Lowe’s and made them aware of the situation, but due to it being a corporation, the time to have it fixed had passed. With the economy the way it is, I am not able to afford a person to come out here and fix it. As soon as my credit card is paid off, I am no longer shopping this store. As a human they should understand, but the corporate won’t let them make it right.
Update: it took posting a one star review to get this rectified. Lowes commented on this review, to give them a call. I called them, they came out, the installer said it was their fault. They fixed it, and they left. If they would have done this originally, this would’ve been a five star review. if they would’ve charged me a service fee to fix it, this would’ve been a five star review. If they would have worked with me, this would’ve been a five star review. The rest of the process was seamless. Hopefully they can do better with this, as I still love Lowes!the aggravation, and irritation this caused me cost them one star permanently.

Horrible buying an oven. Greg was the worst. Bought a $2,000 non working oven. Thanks lowes!!
Update: call you?! I spent over 60+ hours trying to get this broken oven returned. Only to be lied to or no help from Lowe’s, the service co by the manufacturer, and the manufacturer. Lowe’s even refused to add my cell number in customer area delaying the install. Refused. 60+ hours, dozens of emails. And you want me to call you and start all over?! Really!?!

Went to buy a washer um need it today duh hence why I’m buying one lows employee not helpful first washer not available he didn’t want to advertise to other customers on to the second one again not available but for 30$ can deliver not today um no thanks Sherman’s for the win ? got great service and their items are available.
