I love the staff here and they always do a great job with my coupons and honoring things. Everyone is so helpful and always has been. One complaint, if I am spending $500 on clothing, I want it to be comfortable, not 80° in the store in the heat of the summer. Takes away from the retail shopping experience when I can sit in my own air conditioner at home! Air conditioner doesn't work right. Lane Bryant corporate should check with who they are leasing the property from to have it fixed.

I always loved this store. It's always clean, organized, stocked and has friendly staff. This one was the same. My only complaint is the prices. They are high- $80 for a pair of jeans is not affordable for the common working person. But this location has always been good with everything else.

Kedijah was an outstanding help! She was very knowledgeable and friendly! Kedijah greeted me with a warm smile and wanted to know how she could assist me. She knows the Lane Bryant clothing. She went above and beyond for me to get my return done and find the correct size and colors, then shipped to my home. You should have more employees like her!

The was empty when I went there. 2 employees on duty. They were having a conversation about a bad coworker. The whole time I was in there they badmouthing a coworker. I didn’t want to hear that kind of talk. I put all my stuff down and left.
