Dr Ramirez and his staff are the best. He went above and beyond the last couple months, helping to take care of our beloved, sweet beagle, Bandit, I could not thank you all enough. He’s at rest now and we will miss him like crazy, but you definitely helped us along this process.

I take our cats here. They are so kind and knowledgeable and always share the most detailed information. There is even a cat room that has a large window next to a bird feeder a fishtank to keep cats calm while they're there. Lakeview is also affordable. You can really tell they care about you and your pets.

Do not go here. They are very dishonest with their prices. They will over change you the first second they get and will hold your pet hostage. Sub par care at best.

Amazing staff! So thankful for all of you and keeping Todd comfortable and loving him while he was staying overnight, you guys did everything you could do and I couldn’t ask for a better place to take my animals:) We will miss Todd so much he was so special to us❤️

They where not our regular vet but because my vet was on vacation I was recommended to call this vet. They got us in immediately and treated us with love and respect. Unfortunately we had to put our beloved four legged family member down he was 14 years old and had a bleeding tumor in his nose. Thank you for everything. I will bring our next fur kid to your facility.

Dr. Ramirez and staff take what they do to heart. My beloved Lucy "the cat" took a turn for the worse. She had been seeing another vet in Washigton. When I called in desperation about the condition of Lucy I was told "drop her off, and we will "try" to see her" I was beyond shocked. I was in a panic. Lucy saw Dr. Ramirez as a kitten before we moved to Colorado. (We have since moved back and were closer to the Washigton Vet, that is the reason we had switched....big mistake~) I called Lakeview, and they asked "can you be here at 11:15? It was 10:30. I said yes. We got her there, and it was already too late, and nothing could have been done for her as her condition was acute and fatal. Dr. Ramirez and staff were so caring and compassionate. She was suffering, and had labored breathing. Dr. gave her a sedative. This allowed me time to say goodbye. He then peacefully put her down. The entire staff that day were so caring and I felt it. I'm in tears for my Lucy, but I will forever be grateful for the care Lucy, my husband and I recived on July 3, 2023. We have a dog and another cat that will be being seen again by the outstanding Dr. Ramirez, and staff!Thank you! RIP Lucy "The Cat" Laurie & Gary Feger;Washigton, Ill
