Formal complaint being submitted with BBB over my interactions with this dealership on a recent purchase.
I bought a used motorcycle from the owner, who looked me in the eye and explained for 15 minutes how the bike had been in his family for 10+ years, how they had serviced it annually through his dealership, and had loved having it in their collection. He even made a point to call out that “Integ”, the name of his business stood for integrity, because “as humans, that’s all we get to take with us - that’s why it’s on the front of the building (he said)”
ONLY to reach the DMV to register the bike and transfer the title to find out it had been in his possession for less than 4 months and the entire story was a lie to my face.
When pressed on the topic, owner Will could not or refused to provide an explanation. He could not account for any of the bike’s history.
WATCH OUT - smooth salesmen that put on a good front, but the experience above speaks for itself.

Was looking all over for a 24' Indian Scout Bobber. Could not locate one anywhere as it was already a little too late to still find a '24 since the 25's were already coming out. Then I found Integ Motorsports. The owner will has a good relationship with the manufacturer and he was able to find the bike I thought I would never get...and in the exact color I wanted. If you're looking for something out there and have tried everywhere, do yourself a favor and just call Integ Motorsports. Will is an awesome person as well as the absolute best salesperson I have ever dealt with...ever.

I bought my first bike, an Indian scout rouge, back in March. The owner Will was very thorough and helpful with any questions I had about the bike and the process of buying the bike. I would recommend going to integ if you are thinking about buying a bike because the process was easy due to Will being a personable guy and willing to help with whatever needed. What a boss!

Just purchased a 2011 street glide April 9th 2024 not only was the bike very well and ready but wil has reached out in multiple occasions giving me the integrity and reassure as to if I ever need anything come into the shop. Was very respectful and very buisness spoken had me in and out within a couple hours and titled and plated definitely recommend… keep watch on other sites such as Facebook for used/traded in bikes for his shop I did recognize he is a dealer in Indian motorcycle but there I seen that street glide and had to have it Thankyou wil for your buisness and great ethic

Went to this guy to get my carburetor rebuilt and told me it was going to cost $600. Somehow in the process of doing that they broke my exhaust. They claimed my exhaust was broken before but it was not. It was nearly brand new. While he was taking my exhaust off he not only broke the exhaust, he snapped my header bolts. He said he would make it right. He acknowledged that he was in the wrong for that and he said he would make it right. When I went to pick the bike up he hit me with a $1300 bill (for my carb cleaning. He said he’d fix the stuff his guys broke). 2 weeks later now and I’m riding my bike with my new exhaust. It was loose so I went to take off the new nuts and the header stud broke again. Wouldn’t recommend.
