Very nice fitness center, with membership available to ICC students, employees, and the public. Lots of cardio machines, a 1/10 mile walking/running track, as well as free weights and machines. The Cougarplex is kept very clean and inviting!

Attended college night there. The place sure has grown since I went there. Has a great large university feel to it

Employees here, are very friendly and helpful with all activities! They are very encouraging with helping your excercises!

Very nice gym. All equipment was in working condition and they had plenty stations so I never had to wait or adjust my routine. They have treadmills but also have a 1/10 of mile track upstairs that is padded and makes running more enjoyable and natural. The staff is nice and helpful. I was visiting the area and they offer a 1 week trial once a year which is great for visitors.

Really rude staff on mondays. For some reason the girl wanted to greet all the elderly coming in except me. Terrible attitude and possibly prejudice.
