Really amazing customer service! They occasionally have deals for certain internet coverages. I’ve had them for years and rarely have any issues besides the very rare outage.

Top notch!! Great people, great service. I LOVE the idea of having local folks helping me out if I ever have to call- no auto recording- just a human from East Peoria picking up the phone. I had an issue last week a contractor working on my drive hit the cable and these guys were out within a day to get me back online! Cheaper and faster than the competition- better in every way!

We had there service installed less than 48 hours ago and lost our connection. I called and the service rep said he would talk to his supervisor. One hour and thirty minutes later I called again and found out the previous rep left a voicemail and didn’t follow up. I asked when I could expect a service call . The first rep was not sure when but probably tomorrow. I was then told by the second rep later today. I do not trust this company and will be calling MediaCom to restore my service. I suggest staying away from this company!!! Horrible customer service!

I've been a satisfied i3 customer for approximately about a year now, and my experience has been excellent. Recently, I needed a longer fiber cord to relocate my modem, and i3 promptly provided me with one without any hassles – thank you!In addition, I'd like to share an update: When I found out that another fiber company was offering a lower rate, I decided to give i3 a call. To my delight, i3 matched the competitor's pricing. I truly appreciate their proactive approach in ensuring I continue to receive great service without the need to switch providers. Thanks a lot, i3!

I had Comcast and was dealing with bad signals, rising bills, and poor customer service. I switched to i3broadband and I have had zero problems. They have outstanding service, tech support is wonderful, price is lower than anyone else. I have had such a great experience with i3broadband I decided to work part time in there outside sales department to share my experience. I highly recommend this company for internet service.

Horrible customer service after they failed to compensate me for hitting my irrigation system over 7 weeks ago. Don’t trust these people.Update: The owner who must be absentee suggests I contact the support team. This has been done repeatedly and these frauds continue to not pay. Horrible people

My ONT device was "preinstalled" in the apartment when I moved in, but I was told I'm required to return it 2 weeks after I had already moved out and canceled service. Very unprofessional

Quality of service is top notch, speed of internet for the price is very good. Low.prices great service, if they come to your neighborhood I'd recommend them over the big boys anyday

The Internet is slow and drops out all the time. I cannot even watch a movie in the living room. We put the router in bedroom and 30 feet away cannot keep a signal.

They've been great every step of the way. I had some unique requirements that they were happy to help accommodate. And my service is blazing fast. My only beef was with the wireless Plume pod router that came as standard equipment. It had a very limited range and kept dropping completely. I have since upgraded to a different mesh system router, and everything works great.

I wish I could remember our technicians name, but either way he was great! We had just bought our house and had set up an early morning appointment, but accidentally missed it. Thankfully when we called back, the technician made time to come out later that day. He was quick and thorough, and so far we’re happy with the service!
