I worked with the lady called CJ at the East Peoria branch of H&R block, she was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, very well experienced in her field of work. She made it a joy, it was my first time at H&R block and I will be back and I will be asking for CJ.

Only thing that made this review 4 stars was the pricing but other than that, my tax preparer was amazing!!! He made sure I was completely confident my taxes were being done right and made sure I knew I could contact him at any point if I had any lre questions.
