Staff was polite and helpful. However I NEVER received results for a 15 minute test. I was the first car in line when they opened so how is that possible!?

Rapid test results were never given after two days. Had to go into the facility to ask for the results. Fortunately, my results were not time sensitive but it would be particularly bad if it had been. I know of at least 5 others that have had a similar experience and never received results. Also tried calling with no answer and a full voicemail.

In and out in less than 10 minutes. Got results within 30 minutes. Only bad thing, not very clear as to where to put the self swab test when done. You MUST go into the building. DON'T put the tests in the outside boxes, that's for the real estate place next door. Could be why some didn't get their results, only a guess, not a judgement in any way. We were very confused at first, because the signs on the outside door only say covid testing. You don't the test drop box until AFTER entering the building.

We were in and out with no problems. The results came by email within the hour. I would recommend this testing site.

Wrong results. I performed a controlled experiment with two people that were positive on antigen tests. This clinic returned false negative results for both. Now while this is possible, rapid antigen tests only have about a 6% false negative rate (and 99.6% false positive)… so their process may be flawed. The odds of two consecutive false negatives on a RAT is 6% * 6% = 1 in 200 chance. So I believe their processes may be faulty and I called to let them know. They didn’t care. Zero professionalism.Go to a reputable lab that you’ve heard of for testing - Walgreens, the county health department, etc.

We've always had a smooth experience and gotten our results. Several other places around town have lost ours, but not here. Plus they offer rapid and pcr and we know within an hour

Do yourself a favor and go to a site with a name you've heard of (OSF, Walgreens, etc.). They will be much more organized and better service.I have tested at the EP site a few times due to its proximity to where I live and because they offer walk-ins. They are supposed to open at eight, and both mornings I tested there, they opened almost 30 minutes late, in spite of the fact that the line was blocks down the street.The whole place is a disorganized mess. They were out of the bags for the kits, and when I walked in, they were just setting all of people's swabs all over the counters.

No results after now 10 days! Cannot call because their voicemail is full and other location does not have voicemail setup. Had to get another test somewhere else. Don't waste your time here!

Had a bit of a wait in line, but I expected longer. I had my test results within two hours! The ladies were that I interacted with were all nice also.

Do they have minus stars on this review? I have been sitting here for an hour, they were to open at 8 am and it is now 9 with no sign of anyone. Taxpayer money hard at work again, NOT! Money just taken and stolen by the Government again.I edited and reporting back…I went to Peoria and it went quickly, however, the testing strips are made in China are you serious. I had a test at Walgreens a couple months back and those were Made in the U.S.A. but they also aren’t Government owned. Never again will I do the free test sites (Government owned).

They didn't actually open until about 8:25 this morning. The lady working was friendly. Took my test by a little after 9am, she said I would have results this afternoon, got my email a little after 4pm. Got the job done!

Did a rapid test yesterday. Still no results. Extremely unhappy as I need them. Now have to find somewhere else on a holiday weekend.
