Kelly is very professional at his job; and he takes the time to ask about family to get a better idea of our exact insurance needs. He listens carefully and provides helpful information in order for us to select the right insurance coverage.Recently, in a very short time span, we have had two major accidents with our vehicles and Kelly has handled both promptly and very efficiently. Knowing Kelly was walking us through what needed to be done helped us remain calm and get things done properly and quickly. (Thank you so much Kelly.)If anyone is looking for insurance, I would definitely recommend that you talk with Kelly at Farmers. When talking with him, he does not pressure you; he will make suggestions and let you make up your mind as to what you need. We now have both car and homeowners insurance with Farmers.

What a great agent. He's knowledgeable and professional! If you want to speak to your actual agent and have all of your questions answered thoroughly he's the guy for you. He's one of the most personable people we've ever met. We switched from State Farm and unlike our former agent he's actually in the office. Very pleased!

Kelly is a great insurance agent and person in general. You can never have enough of something you may be lucky to never have to use, yet if a catastrophe happens, Kelly can certainly help you decide the best Avenue with insurance. Not only after a two year coverage did I have to switch, Kelly found the same, if not better coverage for about $200 less than I had been paying. Great guy to talk to and nice to be able to trust who you have as an agent. Thank you Kelly for all you do!

I've dealt with several different insurance companies in the past and this is by far the best service I have had. Kelly always responds quickly to my questions or concerns. Great agent to work with. Professional and always answers my questions. Some other agents I've worked with would try to sell me more than I needed but Kelly always seems to find the best policy that actually meets my needs.
