Very smooth transaction. They picked me up and when I was finished with the car, I was able to leave it at my repair shop. Car was clean and comfortable. Overall this was an easy, non-intrusive transaction.

Good friendly people vehicle was ready when I arrived. Quick and painless. Only thing was they couldn't pick me up, had to find my own ride. Made it a little difficult because rideshare is sparse in the area.

Staff (Riley) was very kind and helpful. The car was good, reliable and with great mileage. It had stains on the seats but other than this, it was a good deal.

Service is alway solid. However - why is the gas tank never full?NO way to refill exactly to 3/8 of a thank so you get free gas. From the customer perspective, it's simply another way for you to get something from us for free.

November 15th was a very bad experience for me at this branch surprisingly. Because normally it's a 5 star for me all across the board when Natalie helps me or is in the building. So, I reserved a van for my Family vacation which was November 15th-18th in Gatlinburg Tennessee. Because I have 5 birthdays in November so we we're going there to celebrate all the birthdays at once. My nightmare began when someone who normally doesn't work at this branch called me a hour before closing to tell me they don't have a rental for me and we were set and packed to leave at 7:30am! My question to him was "what I'm supposed to do" ? He told me to "figure it out"... I had to hang up before I said something out of character. I called every enterprise in the area. NOT ONE HAD RENTALS BIG ENOUGH FOR MY FAMILY. Mind you, I already paid for hotel rooms, activities etc. So I'm boiling hot! I then tried other car rental places and they were also sold out. I called the 800 number and was told my situation was high priority and this was unacceptable. But NOBODY CALLED ME BACK YET! Not even to offer a discount rental, a free rental or free days for my troubles. So my only other options was to place the money on a major credit card over night which was an extra charge, and the banks had already closed for me to go in and get cash to do WesternUnion. But, of course I managed to do it . So, I was set! So we thought. Got to the Peoria airport enterprise location to get the more expensive van than I had reserved the first time to get to the counter and was told, "my manager called you last night to tell you we won't be able to help you. We are overbooked" . At this point it's 10:00am and was supposed to been on the road by 7:30 to drive 9 hours with kids to enjoy themselves! Back to square one! Oh! Not to mention. I checked my voicemails and the manager had called me as I was walking into the airport! Not the night before! At this point I had in my head I will NEVER rent from enterprise again! I'm in my 40's and have been a faithful loyal customer since my 20's! Then, I thought about it. I need to see if Natalie is working today at the East peoria branch. Thank God she was!! I explained to her what I went through and she was upset on how I was treated knowing I'm a good customer and had this rental books for over two weeks. Of course after being on hold awhile. Natalie got back on and said "can you be here at 2:00pm to pick up your rental" when I tell y'all, this lady is the GOAT!! And I love her with my whole heart! Whatever she did or said , I'm grateful for her! I would've lost out on so much more money than I already did. We missed my 2 year old granddaughter birthday party by traveling until midnight on her birthday! A whole day of fun we had already paid for that we couldn't get back! I'm still upset but grateful that we got to go eventually. Natalie definitely needs to be recognized! I'll give her a 5 star every time! But my experience this last time was a minus 1 without Natalie

I’ve rented multiple cars from the the EP location and have had a great experience everytime. Everyone is very personable gives great conversation and makes sure your rental experience is a great one!

Car wasn’t clean - visible dust inside, windshield was dirty, I see the representative was the body of the car. I appreciate it.Even though my rental was booked 2 weeks ahead, I send to East Peoria location and they don’t have any car except the one I received. I understand the demand, but confused on my reservation didn’t help

I've rented from Enterprise in East Peoria twice in the last 3 months. They provide the best service. Always friendly and make me feel like my time matters. I highly recommend Enterprise in East Peoria if you're thinking of renting a car. They have always provided me with great service and cars.
