Brand new Kirkland replacement hearing aid did not work. Took it in on a Sunday. Associate was not qualified to operate the computer to diagnose the problem. Tomorrow will be my 5th trip to Costco to TRY to have replacement hearing aid fixed.

I always love coming to Costco. But this location never seems to have what I see in TikToks online. I've been watching for the spicy chicken sandwich dupes for Chick-fil-A for the last two years and so far, nothing. There also are some Christmas decorations that never seemed to show up here that I definitely saw online.

Typical Costco, tons of predictable brands, some surprising wonderful treats, awkward assortment of electronics that typically aren't the most updated models, an incredible selection of meats and surprisingly tiny set of alcohol, stupid long checkout lines, obnoxious checks entering and leaving to confirm the membership card, and generally overwhelming nonsense that is both the love and hate for this store. I will personally never get a membership but I can see the appeal of tying loyalty to grocery stores.

This Costco location is well-organized and clean. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I have noticed that the associates working there have a good attitude and stay on task with their duties. I have spoken with many and they all like the company they work for and their pay rates/benefits. Happy workers = better service and company. One thing I learned was that if you have an "Executive Membership," you get 2% back from your expenditures that have accrued over the year of membership. The Costco credit card has more benefits that result in more earnings towards credits that can be used for renewal or shopping. Costco will pay the difference in cost from the "Gold Star" to be an "Executive" member if you don't earn enough money back from the 2% benefit over the cost of the difference. You can keep the 2% back, and you get that amount to spend how you want. If you choose to use the credit towards your yearly renewal, Costco will pay the difference it costs to have an Executive membership. A member that buys a lot from Costco will benefit the most from an Executive membership. I received a nice check last year, which got my entire yearly membership paid for, plus extra money to spend! It's a win-win deal. Compared to other discount clubs, Costco is the best, in my opinion. My opinion is based on the the customer service, quality of products, and value. The quality of Costco's brand (Kirkland) is just as good, if not better in regards to their products. They have a satisfaction guarantee on Kirkland products to give their customers a chance to try them without risk/loss. Returns are very easy and efficient. For example, I returned a broken printer after I had it for 2 years. Costco gave me a full refund (in store credit) that I used to purchase a new one. Overall, I am satisfied with the goods and services offered at Costco.

This is a review of my recent experience at the food court. I used to really rave about the hot dogs, the price was affordable and the options of condiments was great. First, the hot dog it self did not taste the same almost gritty. The next we asked for onions and they stated they no longer provide them. I am still disappointed about the removal of the bratwurst. I will not comment about the kiosk to place your order, but you can get around that by placing your order with a cashier. I am in favor of saving money but quality does count! The service was excellent.

I love East Peoria Costco! However, I am extremely disappointed that Costco has stopped carrying the Sabatasso gluten free pizza. It was by far the best gluten free frozen pizza many of us have ever had and we would purchase a 3-pizza box every time we were there.

I have used Costco gas in many places across the country and at this particular place It was clean and well attended with staff a available to help you in no matter what type of situation you may need. Costco in general has very good covid-19 practices in all their staff were masked as well. The quality of the gas is excellent especially for the price point that they ask for and if you need to use premium gas it's a really good value. I recommend using Costco not only for the quality of their goods and their gas but how they treat their staff and give them a livable wage with healthcare and benefits I always want to support a large retail Box store that does that type of thing

Kris is awesome! He heard me telling my partner that I was waiting for the stocker to bring a pallet of paper plates back and without hesitation he went over and grabbed a pack for us. Great attitude!

During my last visit I was called grumpy by an employee because i was having problems with the self check out. 1. I dont work at costco so why am I getting items off the shelf, scanning them to keep them on a weight, them putting them back in my cart, to take them out again to put them in my trunk, to bring them home to take them back out the trunk again. Think about it!! Yes I'm grumpy, open more lines with cashiers!!! For future references keep your personal feelings to yourself because normally I responded to such a comment...
