I didn’t know where to turn. Had a functional problem with the Foley catheter from hospital and needed a replacement on the weekend. Comfort Care was great and the Only One of many companies that I contacted, to-return my call.They were knowledgeable, fair and very quick to respond with what I needed.The best part was, they weren’t supposed to be open on a Saturday!

Comfort Care was a lifesaver! Linda went above and beyond, and helped me set up for a family member’s return from the hospital. She listened to our specific needs and provided the equipment that ultimately allowed the family member to recuperate in his own home. Service is spectacular-she opened during off hours when I was in desperate need. I am grateful that Linda is in this business.

We are from E. Alton, IL and we were in Peoria for a cheer competition and my husband forgot his nebulizer breathing kit. I called Comfort Care at almost 5:30 p.m. and got no answer. Within a few minutes we received a call back and although they were closing, she allowed us to pay for the kut and told us were we could pick it up. The personal service was amazing. My husband had a lung removed and has severe COPD and desperately needs his treatments. She made a very nerve wrecking situation completely better in a matter of 15 minutes. Thank you so much!!!!

I broke my foot and was out of work wnd could not afford the post op shoe I needed to go back to work. They were very kind and helped me get one. Customer service is fantastic!!

Great place to go for medical assistance. We had to find a place to get a nebulizer late at night and Linda was more than willing to help. She gave us a lot of the information we needed. Linda is very comfortable to talk to and is very understandable. Our family would highly recommend Comfort Care for your medical supplies and equipment. Keep up the great work!

Twice they have come to our rescue. I live in Texas and they have opened their doors for me to get medical devices for my mom last minute. They truly care and are so accommodating.

I needed a wheel chair for my brother-in-law. This is the first place I called and they were AMAZING!!! Not only did they have one in stock, they sold it to me for long term use. It was a great, affordable price, and brand new. Will go back if we need anything again.

I needed a hernia belt and couldn't find one at CVC pharmacies, Walgreens, Walmart, they did have them on line but I couldn't wait. I was told by some of these stores to try Comfort Care Medical, and what a Blessing the owner had one and waited for me to get there on a Saturday. I was very impressed with how she cared.

She was so helpful in getting me the knee scooter I so desperately needed. She sold it to me for half the price these other places in Peoria quoted me at.

My advice is to run away from this business. Tried to return a shower chair that was purchased 2 days prior(wasn't used). The owner became very agitated and condescending. When I mentioned I was going to leave a not so kind review, the owner went ballistic. She ripped the receipt from my wife's hand and tore it up. She called me a f###ing a##hole and told us to leave. Who does this in business. Did I mention this chair was for a 88yr old woman. Run away as fast as you can from this business!!! I would have given 0 stars if I could!

Linda was wonderfully accommodating! My son had had his wisdom teeth removed and our ice machine was not working. I called Linda and she helped me even though she was closed! She was a lifesaver!

I requested a hoyer lift. I received a sit to stand lift. I was assured that I could get my dad up off the floor with it. When the home health care nurse came in the first week, he told me this would not work to lift someone off the floor.I was originally quoted $350, when she called to say she found a lift, she said, that will be $400 a month. Well ok, I guess.When I found out it wasn't what we needed, I called Linda to come get the lift, and asked for a refund of $300, as I only had it a week. Well that didn't go over well.Anyway, tonight is the third time dad has fallen and we've had to call rescue in for a lift assist. If I was sent the hoyer that I needed and asked for in the first place, dad wouldn't have to spend so long on the floor before someone could get to him. I could have done it myself.BTW, the original sit to stand was paid for through the 25th of August 2022.BTW2, My original review has been erased. Imagine that.
