All I can say is wow! I cannot believe how beautiful my house is after Brian installed new flooring. He worked extremely hard, was professional and tidy, and paid attention to every little detail. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with both Brian and Paul.

We had a wonderful experience with Carpet Weavers East Peoria IL. Our salesperson, Michelle, was most helpful in guiding us through the process of selecting the best flooring for our needs. Our installer, Brian, had the herculean task of covering almost our entire first floor in three days by himself. We couldn’t be happier with the results!

We worked with Michelle at the East Peoria store. Shelly was very helpful from start to finish. She ordered samples for us and did everything possible to make the process easier. Measuring and installation went very smoothly and according to OUR schedule. The carpet installers were skillful, quick, and courteous. Michelle followed up afterward to check for satisfaction. We were very pleased with the carpet and pad, as well as the entire process.

Nice selection and beautiful showroom. We worked with Joanne Will who helped us find the perfect sectional for our living room. She helped me narrow down my choices based on size, color and function. She was patient, attentive and responded to all of my questions quickly. I felt like I had my own personal designer!

My sales person, Drew was amazing. Helped with picking out exact type and color carpeting and worked with our fine tuned scheduling needs. Kept me updated on carpet arrival and install. Stefan installed the carpet. He was very efficient, completing the job quickly, neatly, and with absolutely no problems.

We stopped in to look at furniture and carpet. I found some carpet I liked and took down the numbers of it. We spoke with Don at the East Peoria store. We told him we wanted to get some new furniture ordered and then we would get back ahold of them to set up an appt for measuring for the carpet. I called and talked to Shelly on a Tuesday and asked for an Appt for measuring. She said Keith would be calling me back. I hadn’t heard anything by Friday so I called back and Shelly answered. I told her it’s been 4 days and I haven’t heard anything from Keith so tomorrow on my day off I’m going to another store to order carpet. She said that was fine! I don’t know who her boss is, but I’m guessing he wouldn’t have liked that. She should have said let me give Keith a call and I will get back to you. They must be too busy there for my business.

We were shopping for carpet for our bedroom. We went a couple of places before purchasing through Drew at Carpet Weavers. Drew was knowledgeable, friendly, and got us our carpet installed in a very timely manner.Allen installed our carpet. He had done work for us before and when Drew said Allen would be installing the carpet, we knew it would be done correctly. That is another reason we picked Carpet Weavers. Allen called last night and gave us a time today that he would arrive. He was prompt, professional and very proficient!We are thrilled with our new carpet.Thanks, Drew, Allen and Carpet Weavers! If you're thinking of going to the local big three hardware stores to buy flooring please consider taking a look at Carpet Weaver's selection. They have more than you would think and most of the products are better quality than you would get from Big Blue, Green or Orange. Plus, they have plenty of knowledgeable staff ready to answer any questions.

I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end Sandy Pagande was awesome!!! She was the sales lady who answered the phone the first time I called. She was so nice and kind. When I came into the store, she was very professional and still remained courteous ,as I was asking all kinds of questions. She walked me through the process without having an attitude and assured me I was in good hands . Ladies and gentlemen this is what customer service is all about. This lady is very good at her job!! I went there looking for a specific wall cathedral decor piece. I found it but it was high on the wall. There were three people working but apparently none that were comfortable getting on a ladder to get it down for me. The salesperson took my name and number and said when the manager worked again which would have been Martin Luther King Day, she would call me when the manager got it down. It is now 3 days past MLK day and still no phone call. The poorest of customer service I have ever seen. Apparently only buying a piece of decor is not worth their time. Will never step foot in there again.

We're very happy with our beautiful carpet in our entire basement. Bernie, our sales person was very helpful and friendly. Was great with follow-up. We had a few concerns after installation. Jake came out almost immediately and addressed each issue. Very happy!

We always have a great experience when we go and that is in part because of Paul Widby. We have worked with Paul many times in the past 2 years. He is very helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend going there for any of your flooring, ceramic tile, area rugs and furniture needs. Also great place to look and get ideas.

Had a great experience looking for a sofa today. Met a wonderful sales specialist named Sandi Pergande who within a short time connected with my style and what interested me. She was able to point out items but was never pushy. She was very friendly and had a great personality. It was a fun and profitable shopping day. I would definitely recommend her. Thank you Sandi.
