“I had one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time at East Peoria Tire & Vulcanizing. I hit a curb and popped my tire last Friday night. I had planned to leave for a short trip to Rockford by 9:00 am Saturday. I went a different tire place first and they didn’t have the size tire I needed. I then called E.P. Tire to see if they had the tire I needed in stock and unfortunately they didn’t have one in stock either. But the man I speaking to said he would go check their used tires to see if he could find one. He found the exact same tire I needed and it was in good shape. They got me right in and I was on my way to Rockford in no time! As I waited for my car I watched as every client that came through the door was greeting immediately and their needs were addressed with friendly, professional and prompt service. E.P. “Let me start by saying I can’t say enough great things about this place. They made a stressful situation a breeze. My car had about $4k in damage after a collision and they did an incredible job! When I got the car back, they had not only washed the outside of the car, they had fully detailed the inside as well! When I got in the car they even left little mints in the cup holder.
