Terrible service manager was managing over the phone was no help said I was hostile because they’re senior store messed up my activation even customer service is terrible don’t recommend AT&T to anyone poor customer service everybody needs to go back to school that work for them

If I could rate this store 0 stars I would. The girl with the brown hair and glasses took advantage of me when I wasn’t understanding what she was saying clearly. Made my phone more than double. I will make to tell you everyone I know to not come to this location. I know she made extra money off of what she added to my account. She should not be working in this position if she thinks she can get away with doing what she did. Absolutely ridiculous. I’m not trying to be a Karen but this is just astonishing.

We recently came here to switch to first net. The guy went through everything, told us we can trade in our old phones to get free I phones and we also get a free watch. He said with all of that it would be about $120 per month.We got our new phones in the mail with a shipping label and no instructions on returning, so we took them back to the store. The same guy was there, he took them and said we were good to go.Later on I got an email saying we were enrolled in a protection plan and said we would be billed $45 per month. I logged on to view the account and noticed that our plan was going to be almost double what he said it would be, and the watch had an $18 per month charge. Plus the insurance and whatever extra stuff we don’t know about yet.So the watch wasn’t free, he lied to us about how much the plan was going to cost, and added an insurance plan without our consent. I also would not be surprised if we even get our trade in credit.Customer service basically told us to call back another time because they were busy. So we really feel like we got scammed.

New customer to AT & T. A couple hours after dropping off my old phone for trade in, I got an email thanking me for enrolling in the protection plan for $45 per month. At no time did I authorize this or was it even mentioned to me while I was at the store. Any transaction we’ve had with the store has been to the word of the employee there. We received no receipts or paperwork when signing up and nothing today either while returning the phones. We were lied to about the price of the plan and never would have switched as this is now significantly more expensive than we were paying with Verizon. This whole thing has been a joke. We were excited to switch and save money, but were lied to every step of the way-from the cost of the plan, the “free Apple Watch” for being a member of the First Net plan, and now this unauthorized charge which happened to be added the same day we went to the store for something unrelated. Disappointed is an understatement.

Exceptional service provided by the team. Transferred out service to AT&T wasn’t able to make calls but the representative was able to assist changed a few settings and we were good to go. Thank you so much

The staff was amazing, professional, and terribly respectful of the non technical old woman. Most of my issues were fixed. The one the couldn’t, they provided options beyond a new phone. I love these guys.

Badey was awesome. He had a difficult time with security who glad me as fraud - even though I was in the store - IN PERSON! I am from out of state and spent hours there since the AT&T since AT&T website was down. But when all is said and done - the staff at this office are awesome !!

Hours on door say open 11-5 on Sunday. No one here and closed sign on door. Looks like US Cellular gets my money.
