What a great place, with a kind owner who knew exactly where to find exactly what we needed. Went in with my 2 small kids and the owner couldn’t have been nicer to them! Great place to patronize next time you’re in the area.

I love going here. When I walk in, I am asked if there’s anything I need help finding, which I appreciate. The older gentleman, sorry, cannot remember his name. He might be the owner, is so helpful. I had a key break off in my door lock, was able to get the key out but I needed some stuff to help loosen the lock so it wouldn’t do that. He immediately showed me to a blue bottle called Lock Ease it had our locks turning like butter in seconds. Highly recommend these guys here, they are knowledgeable and friendly and the prices are always fair.

I'm a disabled veteran that just moved in up the road. Every time I needed something hardware related. I've come in there. I've spent my money but today I came in there and I guess they put a new $5 minimum. I tried to buy some weed wacker line and I guess it was. I sent less than $5 before tax so they told me I couldn't use my car there. I don't get that cuz it would have been more than $5. But anyway the lady seemed rude. I've never seen this lady work there so I said okay. I'll spend my money somewhere else. I've never been treated more rudely trying to spend my money in an establishment. I don't know if she was mad or what but I'm never spending my money in that place again. That was over the line.

Owner is an extremely nice guy. I needed a 36mm socket and he didn’t have one to sell so he let me borrow one from his personal tools. Asked me to just come and return it the next day. 10/10 service. Highly recommend, they will make sure you get your job done.

Owner Mike is a very good guy love going here to get things plumbing related and to rent tools he has almost everything you need and is very helpful if he doesn't have it or can't rent it to you will give great advice. If you are a dyi guy he is the man to talk to. And he is just a good guy all around.

We shop at Mike's Ace for many years. I bought my spouse a lawn mower and trimmer. We get all of our furnace filters here. I love that when I come in looking for something, they know exactly where it is and show me. The squaking bird is nice to watch and talk to.

Up here visiting in laws from Texas. Trying to get their new gas stove hooked up, long story short, the connections were a nightmare. Went to the three big stores in town with zero help and all with horrible attitudes. Finally saw this ACE and I’m so glad I went here. Not only were they able to help, the two men inside were beyond courteous and professional. The way they conduct themselves is way above any service I’ve ever received at the big three home improvement stores. Thank you for helping, you all saved the day.
