“Whitewater Veterinary had provided my dog Hagrid and I the best care and love. I truly appreciate their hard work. As Hagrid and I came, they were able to assist Hagrid out of the vehicle due to his swollen leg. They then continued to be very gentle with him and made him very comfortable. Unfortunately, every the examations and lab work we received the news that he had cancer. It was very heartbreaking to hear...and very unexpected. I'm thankful that the doctor and staff who help us understand what was happening and what were our options. They were so kind and answered all my questions.
After a long thought my husband and I decided to put Hagrid to rest. No more pain or suffering for him. The staff was very understanding and help us in every step of the way. They showed Hagrid the best care and love until his very end.

“This veterinary office is FABULOUS! I stopped going to Cityline because I was tired of having to wait hours for vaccination appointments. I stopped in to Cityline on a Monday morning and was told it would be a 2 hour minimum wait to get their annual shots/ rabies updated. Who has that kind of time?
My husband called Oakwood and made an appt with them, and the first thing he said when he got off the phone with them was, "Wow, they're super nice!" I am so impressed after my first visit with Oakwood Veterinary. This is the first time that a veterinarian has actually taken the time to explain their blood work, go over any potential issues, and actually spend time with the dogs. Dr Hilton was awesome! She explained everything so carefully for me, and I felt confident in her suggestions
Their prices are reasonable, and I'm happy to say that it took far less time than it ever did at Cityline. The staff love at Oakwood animals, and they were so incredibly kind and thoughtful. They even helped hold my dogs' leashes while I checked out.
I won't go anywhere else now. 5 stars for Oakwood! I'm so happy to find a vet that cares about my little fur babies that mean so much to me!”

We switched our 2 year old dog there from a rude and high priced other Bettendorf clinic and we have been extremely happy with the decision and love Klein!! Every time we call, whether it’s for an illness or just a routine visit , staff is polite and professional. They always try to get our pet an appointment in a timely manner. Our pet gets loving, wonderful care at Klein. We recommend them to everyone!”
“They treated our cat so well and with kindness. Wonderful experience when I called the clinic to make the appointment. The lady that answered was very helpful, kind, and understanding. The vet treated our cat that had ears completely clogged.And she came home with a completely different temperament. This is after another vet said they cleaned her ears (which they obviously did not)and we transferred here and what a wonderful experience it has been.”

“I can't say enough about Kimberly Crest. Our cat has a "rare in cats" cancer of the mouth. Our regular vet found it and we asked to see Dr. Laura Bahns. She was so good about explaining Myla's condition and even for her, it was a bit of a dilemia of how to handle it. Dr. Bahns preformed surgery on Myla, removed a tooth, the growth and a portion of her jawbone. We then went to the University of Wisc. for consultation. They wanted to put her through radiation which could have resulted in a temporary feeding tube. Or we could wait and keep an eye on her and see what happened. We opted for the later with getting xrays every 3 months to be sure it doesn't come back or go to her lungs. It's been almost 2 years and knock on wood,..so far so good. SO the surgery that Dr. Bahns preformed appears to have worked. We will continue to monitor her and pray it doesn't return. Just didn't want to put Myla who is almost 14 years old, through all that if we didn't have to. Not to even mention the cost of that treatment was going to be outrageous. We would have done it thought to save her life.”
“I was looking for a local vet that we could take our baby Riley to. Found excellent reviews for Dr Lisa at Cat Clinic. Talked to her twice before making appointment. Riley had all her shots and her spay done today. Was very worried but Dr Lisa took excellent care of her and she is doing great. The price for everything she did was very reasonable. She could not have been more patient or compassionate with us and Riley. Look forward to seeing Dr Lisa at our next visit. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic and understanding Dr for their fur babies.”

“We have driven two hours twice to the Animal Emergency Center of the Quad Cities because our local emergency hospital was either closed or not seeing any more patients that evening. I know there are staffing shortages, but it does make it difficult if not life threatening. Both times we have been treated with the utmost respect and compassion at the Quad Cities Center. I truly wish they were closer. Upon arrival, our girl was immediately taken to the back to assess whether or not her condition was life threatening. While examining her (and x-ray), they found a problem we were completely unaware existed and was no doubt the cause of her symptoms. We are now able to zero in on that and, hopefully, help her. Did we have to wait a bit to talk with the vet? Yes, but it was not hours. Perhaps we arrived at a time when they were not horribly busy. Again, I wish they were closer as I would not hesitate to return if needed. Thank you to the Dr. and the staff for taking care of our precious girl and for being so kind to us. Blessings to you all.”
“This is a thank you and a glowing endorsement for City Line. This past Saturday was our last day with our cat, Butters. Given his age and declining health, while it was not a surprise he might soon pass, it was still an emotional event for us.
