Have had multiple times post office has stopped my mail and and had it returned to sender for being out of town for 3-4 days. Trying to get anything accomplished over the phone would be laughable..if it wasn't so slow and constantly picked up background noise making that section have to start over. 30 min with their automated and still was nowhere.

East Moline post offices always very professional and needs more post people but overall I've never really had a problem except maybe getting somebody else's mail and somebody else getting my mail but for the most part they have great professional attitudes and the people that answer the phone are very helpful. It's kind of weird I've been seeing mailing on Sundays but I'm not sure about that I think it might just be because of the holidays??.

I've always had a perfectly fine experience with this post office. The personnel at the desk are always helpful and answer questions I have; my usual question is "what's the cheapest way I can send this?". The longest I've had to wait in line is at max 5 minutes. The postal carrier that serves my neighborhood seems to work non-stop hours.

Please Mr/Ms postmaster. You have one mean lady who works there that gives my wife anxiety everyday. She has an online resale store, so she goes there everyday. But.... You have one crazy mean worker in the front of house. She shouldn't be in this position and has zero business dealing with the public

I absolutely love the East Moline Post Office!!! Sheila is usually who I see when I come in with my stacks of certified mail right before closing. Always a smiling face and positive attitude. Everyone there always takes great care of me - thank you so much!!!

I have had more problems getting packages since EM took over Silvis. I used to get my mail delivered to the house, but got a po box after the letter carrier felt it unnecessary to close the lid on the box. My mail was on the ground, in my front yard ,more than once. My husband had a 1k check stolen. I contacted the post office, with no results, of course. All we got was excuses. In the last month, I've had USPS packages 'delivered' to my house, when they should be in a locker at the post office I pay for. Of course, the packages aren't there. This week, I was expecting a new modem, but it never arrived. As soon as I received the notice it was delivered, I went out to look for it..nothing. I checked the security camera, and no one put anything in that mailbox. Nothing at the post office either.Its really shines a bad light on the post office. Sad, really.
