The employees were super nice and helped me switch from Boost mobile to T Metro. Then set me up with home internet. I was very happy with the prices and when I got home all I had to do was plug in the box to my TV and a wall outlet and it took up. It's so fast. Thank you T Mobile for the excellent service :-D

I love metro by t-mobile but I’ve had trouble with payment recently I paid on September 5th to have my phone stay on till October 17th but it doesn’t say on the app your account has a balance of $35 & it normally doesn’t when I pay in advance

You can't ask for nicer, or more knowledgeable staff. Just don't be in a hurry. A wait is guaranteed.
