Trina (service dept) was so extremely helpful, friendly, and made the whole experience so fast and easy as always! She called me to discuss diagnosis and resolution. She also let me know the work would be covered under my extended warranty. Trina is very knowledgeable and personable. I was so excited and happy when I picked my truck up I asked if I could hug her, she didn't hesitate and said of course. Told her she had jst made my whole month better already! Thank you to Trina and your service team! You're all amazing and the best! The service and care I get from ur Service Dept EVERY time makes me so thankful I bought my truck from you guys!

Did good on everything except tire rotation. Tires got rotated, but pressure was not adjusted in any of them

Honestly. I am not pleased. I was to have my door replaced due to recall. There is paint over spray all over my back door. The key cover is now missing from my door. Very unpleased. Haven't called because I am too pissed to talk to anyone. This is just ridiculous that it would be sent out not even close to how it should of been. I had a new car bought from here and now...it looks like a run down beat up car. Due to the service provided. Bug me for days for a review. This is how it will be.

I had a deer run out in front of my truck. I brought my truck to Kunes Ford of East Moline. Tom Houzenga the Body Shop Manger greeted me and immediately looked at the damage on my vehicle. Tom is very professional in his ability as a manger sharing his knowledge and listening to your concerns. Then with Jamie Marschang the Office Assistant , she scheduled and informed me of anything that I might have had a question about. I am thankful, and will highly recommend them.
