I took my truck in for repairs for a oil leak they hold my vehicle for over three weeks and the same problems exist the same day when I left. Service Guy Charge my Warranty Company over $3,000 and they charge me a additional $1,100 for repairs they didn't complete. I call back the same day talk to the Service Guy told me that my vehicle would have unlimited miles for 2 years on repairs for oil leak. Service Guy lied straight to my face about repairs and the warranty so basically they tooked over $4,000 for repairs they didn't complete. This is my Trucking Company a small business company who they tooked advantage of. So if you thinking about getting repairs here I suggest you to RUN AND RUN FAST.

Honestly, i have never bad mouthed a dealership on social media before. I just don't go back. But I bought an Escape from Kunes Ford in East Moline. Not to long after my daughter was rear-ended and we took it back to them to be fixed. Took them 3 months. When it was done it was making a growling noise, that I was told by the body shop manager Tom, was a wheel bearing. After some complaining, they took it back and realigned the hatch, screwed up the radio and finally put the front trim on right so it wouldn't fall off again. Claimed the noise was tires. Well, it was. The front end was so far out of alignment, the steering rack went out and had worn the tires to the cords. They let my daughter and her 6 month old son leave in this vehicle knowing they didn't align it after it was hit, hard! Now, I have paid to have the steering fixed, and will be getting tires, because someone at Kunes Ford decided to try a short cut. Fuck you Kunes Ford. I wouldn't take or buy a HotWheel to that dealership ever again. Has me rethinking owning Fords! #KunesFord #KunesAutogroup #rippedoff #crookeddealership #liarsandcheaters #crooks

Bought a new car completely online from them. Transparent deal, good price, delivered my car to me free of charge. I'd recommend them.

Service department was extremely rude for no reason. Need to work on your costumer service or at least speak to people in a decent manner.

I purchased a car from kunes, and I went in for my first free oil change, on a Saturday I work 6-7 days Saturday being my half day due to me also working at a dealership, it's frustrating to know I have to get my oil changed here in order to get my lifetime engine warranty even tho I could save myself SO much time doing it myself rather than coming in for my oil change and being told Saturday is appointment only... why? Saturday is usually the one day everyone is free there for I believe it should be a walk in for fuck sake at my job it's walk in
