Poor customer service. Never has answers. His office cashed checks for premiums but never sends out receipts. State Farm has no record of any of this. If you are set on StateFarm, do yourself a favor and choose another agent.

John has been a very good agent. He has only ever offered me what I needed and isn't always trying to sell me things.He always explains what the coverages I have mean so I actually know what I am paying for.He seems like a genuinely nice person. I can also go into the office if I have a question or need to pay, I don't have to call some number somewhere.
