Don't waste your money here ordering your groceries online because they always mess up on them. Go to HyVee instead. I ordered 12 cans of Fancy Feast chicken pate cat food & I got only a few cans of the pate but I ordered 12 & the rest were gravy, shredded or diced which he hates & wouldn't eat. I didn't mark substitute either then I ordered some golden beets which they had but they gave me the purple ones instead. Another time they gave me a half gallon of spoiled milk. I get so tired of it when I have been giving this store my business for years & they keep messing up on it.They also keep running out of stuff or they're not in stock.

Pharmacist was beyond rude. I work at a pediatric clinic and we were trying to send a medication there that needed to be compounded for a patient. Instead of politely saying "we don't compound medications at this pharmacy" his exact words were "no, I'm not doing all that work when there's a commercial product available. It's quite labor intensive and I haven't compounded omeprazole in at least 15 years". All other compounding pharmacies will make this medication with no questions asked but because this medication takes mixing, he just didn't want to do it. Very unprofessional and very unpleasant.

mask worn improperly by employee who waited on me in hot deli. They then proceeded to touch their nose and mouth before handling the tongs, from opposite end, then flipping them around and THEN GRABBING MY REQUESTED ITEM . Pandemic or not, this was truly unsanitary and disgusting. no thank you.

Mold on my steak, was wrapped so didn’t see back, went to cook and luckily I noticed, not the first time I had bad products from this store.

Online order curbside pickup is awful. Forgot half my groceries the first time & found out they weren't out of stock on them either. A few hours I went back inside the store & found all the things they forgot. The second time they forgot to give me 2 bags so I had to run up there again in the rain to pick them up. Ridiculous & never will try their online grocery shopping again. It sucks!!!!!

Went today at 3:30. 7 people not wearing masks and employees did nothing. I do not feel safe there until this pandemic is over.

went in today to get some things on sale. Love going there for the 3 for $12 fruit. The pineapple which we all love was nasty. Was even turning black. all of them. I cannot believe they even put it out for sale. talked to the deli manager about getting fresh and she said that's what Was shipped to them. There just a little over ripe. well no duh. would you eat that? I turned around and walked right out. If I wasn't so mad and in disbelief of this response I would of taken a picture so you all could see how disgusting they all were. I could not have been the only person who complained. jewel has lost my business. That was even a manager's response. I was dumbfounded.

Jewel is number one in customer service and satisfaction. They are always clean, and well stocked. I only shop elsewhere if I absolutely have to, otherwise I only shop at Jewel.
